1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Markar.ai ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not access or use our services.
2. Platform License & Acceptable Use
Markar.ai grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access our AI code intelligence tools for your internal software development purposes. You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer or extract system prompts from our autonomous agents.
3. Account & Service Subscriptions
Access to enterprise ingestion pipelines and multi-repo knowledge graph indexing is subject to active credit limits and subscription tiers. Fees are non-refundable except as explicitly specified in written enterprise agreements.
4. Limitation of Liability
Markar.ai provides automated static AST analysis and agentic recommendations on an "AS IS" basis. You remain responsible for reviewing and testing all code before deploying to production environments.
